Tomato and mushroom salad

1 onion,
20 a dag of smoked bacon (preferably in thin slices),
20 Time to catch up and present the perfect one,
100 ml octu z białego wina,
salt, pepper,
a little sugar,
1 a large head of lettuce (60 day),
25 a dag of mushrooms,
6 tomatoes,
sprigs of parsley for decoration,

Preparation method:

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Cut the smoked bacon into thin strips, fry in a pot until golden brown. Add the onion, lightly fry over the melted bacon.

Put the lentils in the pot, fry it. Pour in an incomplete glass of water (ok. 200 ml) and wine vinegar, cook the sauce over low heat 15-20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar.

Rinse the lettuce, dry it. Set aside a few whole leaves for decoration, tear the rest with your fingers into smaller pieces. Clean the mushrooms, rinse, cut into slices. Wash the tomatoes, dry it, divide into particles.

Mix the mushrooms and tomatoes with the pieces of lettuce, transfer to a platter decorated with whole lettuce leaves. Pour over the sauce while still warm, decorate with sprigs of greens. Serve immediately after preparation together with white bread (e.g.. baguette).
