T-shirt beef steaks

beef steak2 slices of beef tenderloin (po 15 day),
2 small courgettes,
2 small carrots, 2 medium onions,
15 a dag of frozen peas,
2 thin slices of smoked bacon, half a glass
broth (instant),
2 tablespoons of oil,
2 spoons of butter or margarine,
salt, freshly ground pepper, parsley for decoration

Clean the zucchini and carrots, wash, cut into thin slices. Peel the onion, cut into particles. Heat the fat in a pan, fry the vegetables well. Water with broth, cover, simmer about 10 minutes.

3 minutes before the end of cooking, add the frozen peas to the pan. Once the vegetables are quite soft, season them
for spicy with salt and pepper. Wrap the smoked bacon around the sirloin slices, fasten with wooden toothpicks. Heat the oil in a second pan, fry steaks over high heat for a minute on each side (until a ruddy crust forms on their surface). Reduce the fire, fry the meat even after 2-3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Transfer the steaks to the vegetables, decorate everything with parsley. Serve with boiled potatoes, sprinkled with chopped dill.
