Hungarian pancake - recipe

We present a recipe for a Hungarian cake, or actually it's a sauce for this dish, because the pancakes themselves can be made according to any recipe on our part. Just keep this in mind, that they should be slightly larger than usual. But back to the sauce, you will need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 40 – 50 dkg of pork ham
  • 2 – 3 teaspoons of sweet red pepper - ground
  • 1 a teaspoon of red pepper - hot
  • 3 teaspoons of mustard
  • green and red peppers
  • onion
  • spices - pepper and salt

Manner of execution:

We need to cut the meat, preferably in the ankle, and then add spices to it (alone, peppercorns and hot and sweet peppers). Mix everything thoroughly and fry in oil for a few minutes. Then collect the meat, paying attention to the oil and put it into a separate pot into which we pour the glass, two water and simmer over low heat.

While waiting for the meat, cut the peppers and onions and sauté, and then add to the meat. The whole thing should choke for another half an hour, after this time it is enough to season the sauce again and it is ready.

When serving the sauce correctly, it only spills over half of the cake, then folds the other half. Therefore, they should be larger than normal pies.
