Mushroom fritters

mushroom pancakesIngredients (4 portions): 80 a dag of mushrooms, 2 spoons of lemon juice, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 5 a dag of margarine, 4 eggs, 15 a dag of oatmeal, 8 a dag of wheat flour, salt, pepper, chervil, 25 a dag of lean cottage cheese, 15 yogurt day (3,5%), po 1 a bunch of chives and parsley, 2 tomatoes.

Preparation: Slice a few mushrooms, grate the rest, sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel the onion and garlic, cut
into a cube, glaze on a tablespoon of fat.
Mix the grated mushrooms with the eggs, oatmeal and flour, add garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper, add chopped chervil and mushroom slices, set aside for 10 minutes. Fry the rest of the fat 8 pies. Mix the cottage cheese with yogurt and chopped greens. Season, serve with pancakes. Garnish with tomato particles.
