Potato pancakes – recipe
Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
2 eggs
4-5 tablespoons of flour
1-2 onions
clove of garlic
pinch of salt

Potatoes,onions, Grate the garlic. Then add the beaten eggs, flour and salt. We mix everything until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Pour on the pan 1-2 tablespoons of oil or olive oil. We warm up and put on the small ones (about 2-3 spoons) dough portions. Fry until golden brown. Serve the potato pancakes with sugar or cream. Potato pancakes are a simple yet delicious dish.
