Hungarian pancake - recipe (2)

Each dish can be prepared in several different ways, for this very reason, there are so many different recipes. Ingredients:

  • 0,5 kg of pork
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 2 – 3 onions
  • 2 – 3 red peppers
  • 30 a dag of mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 spoons of tomato paste
  • pepper, Bay leaf, grains of allspice, 2 teaspoons of sweet pepper

 

A method of preparing:

The meat should be diced and coated in flour. Then we put them in the frying pan, on which we warm up the oil beforehand. In the meantime, prepare the stock cubes in approx. 1 liter of water. Once it boils, then we put the fried meat into it and add spices: a bay leaf and a few grains of allspice. Of course, we continue to cook everything. Meanwhile, fry the onion and squeeze out the garlic, which we then add to the broth. Cook everything for approx. 30 minutes. Then fry the mushrooms and cut the peppers, which we also throw in. Then add the tomato puree, paprika and pepper. We cook everything from 30 minutes to even hours. The broth has to cut down nicely. During this time, we should make potato pancakes from any recipe on our site.

A real Hungarian cake is really ordinary, a large potato pancake coated with this very sauce. As for making the pies themselves, then please choose any recipe from our website, there is no special specifically under this sauce.
