Onion cake with paprika

Preparation method:

Peel the onion, divide into halves, cut into thin rings. Clean the peppers, rinse, cut into small pieces. Heat up in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil, fry the onion 10 minutes. Halfway through frying, add the paprika and caraway seeds.
Grate the cottage cheese with one egg, with milk, the rest of the oil and a pinch of salt. Knead with flour and baking powder. Mix the sour cream with the remaining eggs, season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Put the dough into a greased pan (average. 26 cm), fold the edge slightly upwards. Spread the vegetable stuffing on the cake, pour cream with eggs. Place them in a preheated oven, bake 40-45 minutes at 200 ° C. After removing from the oven, sprinkle the cake with finely chopped parsley.
