Cream-cherry cake

• 1/2 glasses of eggnog

Preparation method
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff, while churning, adding sugar. Add the yolks, sift flour mixed with potato flour, gently mix the ingredients with a whisk. The bottom of the springform pan (average. 26 cm) lined with parchment paper. Pour the dough into the mold, level the surface. Place them in the preheated oven, bake 15 minutes at 200 ° C. Take the baked sponge cake out of the mold, remove the parchment immediately.
Heat the cherries in syrup. Combine with half of the dissolved gelatin, put in the fridge. Place the sponge cake on a plate, fasten the edge of the springform pan around the dough. Put the slightly congealed cherry mass on the bottom of the cake, put in the fridge.
Whip stiff half of the cream, mix with eggnog and the rest of the dissolved gelatin. Spread over the cherry mass, put in the fridge. When the cake freezes, decorate the top with the rest of the whipped cream, sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
