Roast beef in a herbal shell

• 2 spoons of sugar
• 2 teaspoons of mustard
• 2 spoons of honey
• 2 spoons of thick sour cream,
• 1 a bunch of dill
• 2 pickles,
• 1 a small onion,
• 1 jar (250 ml) mayonnaise

Preparation method:

1. Wash the roast beef, dry it. Clean the veins and layers of fat, rub with oil, salt and pepper. Place on a deep baking tray, pour over the melted fat. Place them in a preheated oven, bake 45 minutes at 225 ° C.

2. Parsley, Rinse the dill and chives, dry it, chop finely. Crumble the toasted bread very finely. Stir in greens, mustard and egg, spread over the meat halfway through cooking.

3. Prepare the mustard sauce: Whip the yolks thoroughly with the sugar. Add the mustard, honey, sour cream and finely chopped dill.

4. Prepare the mayonnaise sauce: Dice the pickled cucumbers, Chop the onion. Mix mayonnaise with vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
