Sweet liver

3 spoons of butter or margarine,
3 tablespoons of oil, salt, white pepper

Preparation method:
Rinse the raisins thoroughly, drain well. Peel the onions, cut into pieces. Wash the apples, peel thinly, divide into quarters, remove the stones with a sharp knife. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Prepare a sweet sauce: heat up in a saucepan 2 tablespoons of fat, fry the onion on it until golden brown, stirring all the time. Add white wine, sliced ​​apple, raisins and sugar, mix all ingredients. Cook the whole thing 10 minutes, covered over medium heat. Wash the liver thoroughly, dry and coat in flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the liver on it 3 minutes on each side over medium heat. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. In a tall saucepan, bring to a boil 2 a glass of lightly salted water, pour in milk. Remove the pan from the heat, slowly add the mashed potatoes, add the rest of the fat, vigorously mix everything, set aside for a minute, mix again. On 4 put the plates over the liver with sweet sauce. Put the mashed potatoes into a sprig with a tip in the shape of a large star and squeeze out small portions of puree, placing them right next to the liver. Serve the finished dish hot immediately after preparation.
