Pancakes made of buckwheat flour

buckwheat-pancakesIngredients: Cake: 25 a dag of buckwheat flour • 4 eggs • 1/2 tablespoons of oil • salt • 2 glasses of skim milk • Additives: 4 eggs • 4 slices of lean ham • 5 a dag of grated cheese

Sift the flour into a deep bowl. • Wash the eggs thoroughly in hot water, hammer in one at a time and mix (you can use a mixer), until you get a smooth dough • add milk, oil and a pinch of salt, mix thoroughly, set aside for an hour • fry the pancakes on a hot frying pan (fat can not be used) • fry the fried eggs in oil • put a slice of ham on each pancake, egg, sprinkle with cheese and chives or other greens (e.g.. with parsley or watercress).
