Pancakes with chives and sausage

Pancakes with chives and sausage are a perfect breakfast dish. It is very nutritious and tasty, goes well with spinach fried in butter.

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 10 a dag of flour
  • 1,5 glasses of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil

Filling:

  • 1 a bunch of chives
  • 6 sausages
  • 20 a dag of yellow cheese
  • Ketchup
  • salt

Preparation:

  • Make a dough out of flour, milk, yolks and a pinch of salt.
  • Set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Po 15 minutes, add the whipped egg whites to the dough.
  • Mix.
  • Wash the chives, dry and room into small pieces.
  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a pan.
  • Brush the pans with oil and heat up.
  • Pour out a portion of the dough and sprinkle with chives.
  • When the dough is solid, sprinkle with cheese.
  • Put the sausage on the cake.
  • Fry the pancake over low heat until the cheese melts.
  • Fry the remaining pancakes in the same way.
  • Serve hot.
  • Pour ketchup to taste.
