Pancakes With Mushrooms

Very easy to prepare pancakes with mushrooms. Such a dish can be an interesting change for those, who are bored with traditional pancakes and although the dough remains the same, the filling adds a much different flavor to the dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 350 ml of milk
  • 250 g of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 3 onions
  • Oil

Preparation:

The first step is to prepare and fry the pies. Put the eggs into a deep dish, pour the flour, we add one tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt and pour the milk. All ingredients are mixed or mixed so that there are no lumps. Then, fry the pancake in a hot pan.

Preparing the stuffing is as simple as boiling the dough, so we wash and peel the mushrooms, then cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and also cut it into small pieces. Pour into the frying pan 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion and mushrooms on it. If the onion turns golden, season everything with salt and pepper.

Then put the stuffing on the pancakes, then fold it in half.
