Beef and beans

beef-beansIngredients: • 20 dag ładnej wołowiny bez kości • 4 shallots • parsley • 15 a dag of green beans • 10 dag bobu • 2 bulbs • small chives • oil

Chop the shallots and the parsley, fry in a frying pan in a little fat • fry the beef over hot heat, do not turn the fork, so as not to puncture, because juice runs out • cover with shallots and parsley • serve with steamed vegetables and chives.
