Veal in curry

veal-curryIngredients: • 25 a dag of veal • 2 tomatoes • 2 bay leaves • 1 sprig of thyme • curry • bunch of parsley • salt • pepper

Blanch the tomatoes, remove the skin, slice • fry the meat in a pan without fat, sprinkle curry • add spices and skip-
dory, season with salt and pepper • simmer approx 1 at. covered on low heat • Serve with steamed spring vegetables, sprinkle with parsley.
