Japanese pancakes "Dorayaki"

Dorayaki are pancakes with a sweet filling called paste "anko” , which has a very interesting taste. We make the dish easily, because we have no problem access to the products, which we will need to prepare this delicious dish.

Ingredients:

On the cake:

  • 1 a glass of sifted flour
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1,5 a teaspoon of baking soda

Filling:

  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 25 a dag of red beans
  • 2 cups of sugar

Preparation:

Pour water into a small bowl and dissolve soda in it. Pour sugar into a deep dish and add eggs, then pour water with baking soda. Then slowly pour the flour into it, mixing thoroughly. Start to fry the round pancakes. After frying, set aside to cool.

We need soft beans to prepare the stuffing, that is, which should be boiled in a pot until boiling, then leave it on medium heat for several minutes. Then put the beans into a pot with about a liter of water, bring the water to a boil again and leave the beans on low heat for an hour. Then pour off the water, and pour sugar and salt into the pot. Mix thoroughly and cook until the water is completely evaporated. Allow it to cool down.

Then put the cooled bean mass on the cake and cover it with the second pancake. Press the edges of the pancakes together, so that they connect.
