Pancakes with chives and sausage
Pancakes with chives and sausage are a perfect breakfast dish. It is very nutritious and tasty, goes well with spinach fried in butter.
Ingredients:
Cake:
- 10 a dag of flour
- 1,5 glasses of milk
- 2 eggs
- Oil
Filling:
- 1 a bunch of chives
- 6 sausages
- 20 a dag of yellow cheese
- Ketchup
- salt
Preparation:
- Make a dough out of flour, milk, yolks and a pinch of salt.
- Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Po 15 minutes, add the whipped egg whites to the dough.
- Mix.
- Wash the chives, dry and room into small pieces.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a pan.
- Brush the pans with oil and heat up.
- Pour out a portion of the dough and sprinkle with chives.
- When the dough is solid, sprinkle with cheese.
- Put the sausage on the cake.
- Fry the pancake over low heat until the cheese melts.
- Fry the remaining pancakes in the same way.
- Serve hot.
- Pour ketchup to taste.
