MINI CHEESE WITH GRAPES

MINI CHEESE WITH GRAPES

Little things are often tricky. A little thing to do at work just before leaving, always becomes a gigantic problem, in which half of the employees are involved. Little dogs - cute and beautiful, but if they bite into our leg with those small and sharp teeth - they can easily break through pants and socks just like that, leave a permanent mark on our ankle. Small electronic gadgets - maybe pretty, but to see what is on the display you should always have a magnifying glass or glasses nearby. Not to mention how such little things get lost easily… Little candies and cookies - pyyycha, but tasting one it's hard to bring out the flavor. Therefore, you take several pieces at a time - how many calories more than after eating one, normal size of the product? How much faster the contents of the package disappear. Besides, the little ones are addicting - who of us has not eaten a whole packet of peanuts in front of the TV set, mini donuts - during your favorite book, or a few handfuls of candy before he mastered himself? And with regular donuts you could? Or eat a whole box instead of a packet of peanuts, let's say, oranges? Or a dozen chocolates at a time? exactly.
My suggestion for preventing an afternoon blood sugar drop is also at risk. Mini Cheese Cake. Mini - baked in muffin cups, literally two bites. And as it is with cheesecake - it is sweet, humid, quite compact and heavy but my proposition is very creamy, really very much - I added melted white chocolate to the cheese, which in its own way sweetened the mass and smoothed its structure. I added grapes - hard and sweet, so that, in addition to the creamy texture, you can also chew something. And these grapes refresh the cheesecake. Additionally, they moisturize and sweeten it. Grapes have it to themselves, that they retain their shape even after baking, color and texture. They do not fall apart like other soft fruits, they are softer when they cool down, but not diffused. I recommend it to everyone, who want a little something, not only cheesecake-żercom!

Ingredients (on 8 pieces):
• 100 g cookies, or biscuits
• ok. 20 g of butter
• 400 g cheese for cheesecake or ground cottage cheese
• 60 g of sugar
• 60 g of white chocolate
• 1 egg
• 32 grape art

Dissolve the chocolate in steam, cool. 8 Cut the grapes in half (you can pick out the seeds).
Melt the butter in a saucepan, and crush the biscuits in a bowl. Add the melted butter to the biscuits and mix thoroughly - until it becomes wet sand.
In a dish, beat the cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and blend quickly. Add the cooled chocolate - blend only until the ingredients are combined (mixing too long will aerate the cheesecake, by which he then descends).
Put in the muffin pan 8 papilotek. At the bottom of each, put a spoonful of cookie mass and press it into the bottom (it's best to do it with your fingers). Place two halves of grapes on the cookies - with the cut side down, and put the cheese on them, filling almost the entire muffin (you should leave a maximum of half a centimeter of edge). Then put the cheesecake vertically in the middle of each 3 grape art, lightly pressing into the cheese mass, but to at least 1/3 the grapes protruded above the cheese mass. Put the cheesecakes in the preheated oven 180 degrees Celsius and bake by 20 minutes. Cool in a slightly open oven. When they cool down, put them in the refrigerator for at least an hour, that they solidify and acquire the right consistency. The cheesecakes will first rise and then fall, thanks to which they will become compact and concentrated in flavor.

Enjoy your meal!
