SAMPLE FOOD RECIPES FOR WORKING FAMILIES STANDING AT HOME part 3

The menus include many dishes that are easy to make and cook quickly: compotes, jelly, porridge cream, the simplest salads (green Salat, pickled cucumbers, misery, tomato salad, radish salad) and simple meat dishes, fish, jaj, cheese and semi-meat dishes. The product supplementing the caloric value of dinners is bread, which in many cases replaces flour additives in the form of: cash, klusek, toast, patties etc..

Planning menus for working families, due to the small amount of time they have available, must broadly take into account the organization of purchasing and work organization. For this reason, menu planning cannot be done overnight, only at least for a few days or a week (necessary changes may relate to seasonal supplements, but not the essentials). This arrangement facilitates the division of activities among household members within the week (shopping) and for each individual day. Cooking dinner on a given day should be more of a composite (activities performed) the whole thing, e.g.. menu No. 1 requires the following work schedule after purchasing:

1) set the milk for the curdled day ahead;
2) prepare slips after coming from work, brown and stew or cook them the day before;
3) clean and rinse lettuce and greens;
4) peel and set the potatoes for cooking;
5) beat the milk;.
6) make the lettuce and chop the greens;
7) finish the slips, pour out the potatoes.

Menu No. 2:

1) prepare fruit jelly and let it cool;
2) clean the radishes, separate the leaves, rinse;
3) sort and rinse the chives (these activities can be performed in the morning or should be performed by household members);
4) peel the potatoes and set to cooking;
5) slice radishes, leaves, chives and make a salad;
6) beat the eggs (slice the lard);
7) pour out the potatoes, fry the scrambled eggs.

Because dinner after a late lunch is no longer a main course - therefore we do not discuss it in detail..

With this feeding system, a wholesome and hearty first or second breakfast should be served, depending on the conditions at our disposal. For the first or second breakfast, next to dark or white bread, there should be only milk or in the form of coffee or milk soup, in addition a protein supplement (to be, egg, sausage, meat) and raw fruit or vegetables, e.g.. tomatoes, fresh or pickled cucumbers, grated horseradish, beetroots, radish, chive, radishes, etc..
