Do not put several dishes that are difficult to make next to each other, only combine easy with difficult, fast cookers with long cookers, labor-intensive with quick to complete, e.g.. if the soup is laborious, requiring wiping (grochówka), the second course should be easier, if, on the other hand, the preparation of meat takes a long time, choose vegetables as an addition to the meat, which can be prepared quickly, and so: cauliflowers, cucumbers, sauerkraut salad, etc..

This recommendation applies not only to one meal, but also throughout the day. After a laborious dinner, it should be relatively easy to prepare dinner, and vice versa, after a dinner composed of e.g.. from fruit soup with croutons and cauliflower with scrambled eggs and potatoes (menu for the summer season) dinner can be more laborious, composed of lazy dumplings, necklaces and that, lovebirds, from mixed vegetable salad, etc..
