For special occasions, parties or hot, summer days, it is worth preparing a light and tasty fruit salad, which will surely appeal to both the youngest, as well as adult household members.

Tasty layer salad fruit can be successfully seasoned sweet and served to children, as well as making spicy or sweet and sour sauce, perfectly emphasizing the taste pineapple or peaches. Fruit salads should also be served with jelly and whipped cream or sprinkled with raisins or sunflower seeds.

 

FRUIT SALAD WITH JELLY
ingredients:

  • medium banana,
  • sweet apple,
  • 2 oranges,
  • 3 ripe kiwi,
  • Strawberry jelly

a method of preparing:

Prepare the jelly and leave it to set, then dice it into thick cubes. Wash the fruit, peel and dice, mix with pieces of jelly. You can season it with a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla and garnish with whipped cream.

  • medium orange,
  • two tangerines,
  • half a fresh pineapple,
  • 3 kiwi,
  • 2 medium bananas,
  • one apple,

a method of preparing:

prepare jellies and dice after they have solidified. Arrange in layers in a salad bowl, put on fruit: pieces of mandarins and oranges, quartered, apple cubes, pineapple pieces, kiwi slices and bananas. Decorate with whipped cream and powdered sugar.

ingredients:

  • orange jelly,
  • 2 thick slices of watermelon,
  • 2 medium bananas,
  • half a cup of raspberries,
  • chokeberry and strawberries,
  • spoon of honey,
  • a few leaves of lemon basil

a method of preparing:

let the jelly cool and, after it has solidified, cut into cubes. Brush the peeled bananas with honey and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at temperature 180 degrees. After cooling, cut into slices, watermelon into cubes and mix with the remaining ingredients and jelly. Serve after cooling.

 

Exotic spicy fruit salad
ingredients:

  • papaya,
  • mango,
  • pineapple,
  • 2 crunchy apples,
  • 2 bananas,
  • large grenade

ingredients for the sauce:

  • 2 spoons of sugar,
  • cinnamon stick,
  • half a lime peel,
  • 3 cardamom pods,
  • 4 tablespoons of water,
  • 3 tabasco drops,
  • pepper

a method of preparing:

to start with, prepare a sauce of sugar dissolved in hot water. Pepper should be added to it, spices and grated lime zest. Mix everything up, bring to the boil and set aside for a few minutes to thicken and cool. Dice the fruit into thick cubes and sprinkle with pomegranates. Before serving, pour over the sauce.
