Colorful cups

jellyIngredients for 8 portions:

po 1 gooseberry jelly packaging, lemon and cherry (on 3/4 liter of fluid),
1 a full glass (30 day) sugar,
1 tin (314 ml) mandarynek

 

Preparation method:
Prepare gooseberry jelly according to the recipe on the package, pour 5 spoons of sugar, mix. Transfer to 8 cups (do 1/3 heights), pour a little into a flat dish, set aside for decoration. Put the cups in the fridge until the jelly is completely solid.
Prepare lemon jelly in the same way, pour 5 spoons of sugar, cool slightly. Drain the mandarins in a strainer (use the juice for a different purpose) and put on the solidified gooseberry layer, pour lemon jelly (do 3/4 the height of the cups). Put it back in the fridge. Prepare the cherry jelly, add the rest of the sugar, cool, and then pour over the solidified lemon. Put in the fridge. Garnish the dessert with pieces of gooseberry jelly.
