SALAD WITH POULTRY MEAT AND MANDARINS

The ingredients for the salad are consecutively:

  • 20 dkg of chicken fillet,
  • 5 mandarynek,
  • salad mix,
  • 2 tablespoons light cream,
  • spoon of light mayonnaise,
  • medium onion,
  • teaspoon of olive oil and wine vinegar,
  • salt and pepper

Diced meat should be browned in a little olive oil. Finely chop the onion, Divide the mandarins into pieces. Mix the ingredients with the lettuce and season to taste. Prepare the mayonnaise sauce, cream and a little olive oil. Mix everything together and serve with a light shade, on crisp bread.

 

Vegetable salad with sprouts

Another suggestion for a healthy and light dinner is a vegetable salad with sprouts, for the preparation of which the following ingredients are necessary:

  • canned peas of canned corn and soybean sprouts,
  • 3 carrots,
  • 2 medium potatoes,
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs,
  • one sweet apple,
  • 2 tablespoons of canned celery,
  • 2 spoons of light mayonnaise,
  • a teaspoon of mustard,
  • salt, pepper

After cooling, dice the cooked vegetables and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper, pour mayonnaise and mustard and mix thoroughly. Serve after several minutes of cooling.

SALAD FOR ACTIVE FIT

After training, you can also eat a healthy fit salad with smoked salmon, lamb's lettuce and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • smoked salmon
  • lamb's lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion,
  • 3 tangerines,
  • spoon of apple cider vinegar,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • salt and colored pepper

Mix the lamb's lettuce with the chopped onion and shredded salmon. Add tomatoes and mandarin quarters. Pour over the olive oil mixed with apple cider vinegar and season to taste.
