Roman Roast is a very good idea for dinner. Especially if you like all kinds of minced meat, the more we can afford such a delicacy. Of course, you need to prepare the dish: minced pork – beef, bread crumbs, eggs, chive, onion, Garlic, salt and other spices, depending on this, what we like the most and what we like. Preparation is very easy. You should start by kneading the minced meat with the onion, garlic, pepper, sole, hot pepper and other spices. You also need to add approx 6 spoons of breadcrumbs (for meat weighing 0,5 kg). One egg should also be inserted into the whole, so that the mass can be easily and pleasantly formed. The remaining eggs should be boiled.

Sprinkle some breadcrumbs on the countertop and place the mass in a rectangular shape. Cooked and peeled hard-boiled eggs should be wrapped inside. The whole thing should be covered with breadcrumbs, and then sprinkle with fresh chives. After that, all you have to do is put the roast in the oven on the temperature 200 degrees Celsius and bake for approx 50 minutes. It cannot be forgotten, to bake in an ovenproof dish, which is smeared with grease – no matter what, important that it does not burn quickly (it is best to use butter for frying). Lunch will be delicious.
