Meatloaf rolled in jelly

Rub an even piece of meat with salt, garlic and pepper, sprinkle with oil, bake. Drain the soft meat from the sauce, cool down. Cut thin with a very sharp knife, large slices. Add gelatin to the cold broth, bring to a boil and combine with wine, season to taste. Pour on the bottom of the dish 1/3 part of the jelly, to catch a cold, Roll the slices of meat into rolls, put one next to the other on the jelly in the center of the platter. Arrange the cucumber particles on the sides, mushrooms, fanned slices of lemon and green peas. The remaining thickening jelly is poured over the meat rolls and the arranged decorations. Serve with horseradish or tartar sauce.
