shashlikIngredients: 30 a dag of fresh beef tenderloin or roast beef, 20 a dag of mushrooms, 20 a dag of lean bacon, 3 onions, salt, pepper, hot ground pepper, Oil.
Preparation: wash the meat, dry it, cut into slices and lightly beat on both sides with a pestle. Fry the beef in hot oil. Remove from the pan. Wash the mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Peel the onion and cut it into eighths. Dice the bacon into thick cubes. Cut the beef into small pieces. Place all the ingredients of the skewers on skewers or thin ones one by one, sharpened sticks. Season the kebabs with salt, sprinkle with paprika, pepper and fry in well-heated fat, evenly on all sides. The skewers are also great grilled. They taste great for lunch, served with rice and salad, or for dinner – with mushrooms.
