Beef cutlets in onion and tomato sauce

beef-tomato-sauceIngredients; 80 a dag of boneless roast beef, 50 a dag of onions, 500 ml of tomato juice, salt, pepper, 2-3 tablespoons of oil, 1 a teaspoon of powdered basil.

Preparation; wash the meat, pat dry and slice across the grain. Break the pieces of meat well on both sides with a pestle. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat in parts (from every side). Peel the onion, chop finely, put into a pot and stew lightly in a little water. Put the fried meat into a pot with onions. Continue to simmer together under the cover, simmer. While cooking, gradually add tomato juice. When the meat becomes soft, season them with salt, pepper and basil and cook for about 15 minutes.
Serve the cutlets with buckwheat, rice or noodles,
