Kohlrabi salad

Cut the kohlrabi into slices • cut the radishes into rings • wash the spinach, drain, throw on 3 min for salted boiling water • for sauce, mix all the listed ingredients thoroughly, season to taste • place the prepared vegetables on plates, pour sauce, sprinkle with boiled and chopped egg.

The salad can be poured with a sauce made of yoghurt and spices.
