Kiwi tart

tart-kiwiIngredients: On the cake: • 22 a dag of flour 1 yolk • 12 a dag of butter • 2 cups of whipped cream • 1 can of kiwi • 1/2 tangerine cans • cocktail cherries for decoration

 

Add the yolk and a pinch of salt to the flour. • Cool the butter and cut into pieces, spread on flour and knead the dough • form a ball, wrap in foil, put in the fridge • remove onto a floured surface, pin out, line the cake with the cake • bake until golden (ok. 20 min w temp. 200°C), cool • place the whipped cream on the cake, arrange the fruit on it, decorate with mint leaves.
