Exotic Salad

Exotic SaladIngredients for 8 portions:
13 a dag of dried Chinese mushrooms,
1 tin (580 ml) bamboo shoots,
30 a dag of pores,
40 a dag of smoked turkey breast,
25 a dag of mung bean sprouts (or soy sprouts),
a piece of fresh ginger root (the size of a walnut),
1 clove of garlic,
4 tablespoons of oil,
1 a glass of apricot juice,
3 spoons of apricot jam,
2 spoons of vinegar,
a bit of Sambal Oelek paste,
pinch of salt,

Preparation method:
1. Grzyby moczyć 30 minutes in hot water. Remove, clean, rinse. Chop it finely, put in boiling water. Cook over medium heat 30 minutes, drain.
2. Bambus osączyć, cut into thin strips. Clean the pores, rinse, cut into very thin rings. Rinse the sprouts, drain. Cut the meat into small pieces.
3. Imbir i czosnek obrać, cut into cubes. Glaze in a frying pan in hot oil. Sprinkle with apricot juice, mix with jam. Season with spicy vinegar, sambal and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients of the salad with the prepared sauce, set aside, covered, on 20 minutes. Season one more time before serving.
