Pork stew with beans

beef-beansIngredients for 4 portions:

60 a dag of pork schnitzel,
1 tin (850 ml) peeled tomatoes (in brine),
1 tin (850 ml) white beans, 2 onions,
1 for, 1 a glass of broth (instant),
2 tablespoons of oil, 1 a teaspoon of marjoram,
salt, pepper, possibly fresh marjoram for decoration

Preparation method:
Wash and dry the meat thoroughly in a clean cloth, cut into pieces. Peel the onion, cut into small pieces. Heat the oil thoroughly in a large saucepan. Put in portions of chopped meat and onion, fry until golden brown. Put the fried meat and onion back into the saucepan. Add the tomatoes with the marinade. Rinse the beans in cold water, drain thoroughly on a sieve. Add the beans to the stew along with the marjoram and broth. Season the stew to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer covered on low heat through 20 minutes (stir from time to time). Thoroughly clean and wash the pores, cut into small pieces. Add to the stew for about 10 minutes before the end of stewing. Season the dish again yes, to be spicy. Put it in a vase or deep, pre-heated platter. Garnish with sprigs of fresh marjoram (or parsley). Serve the stew prepared in this way with the pasta, potatoes or groats.
