Raspberry Passover

50 a dag of fresh sweet and fatty cottage cheese, 25 dag jam malinowych (no jam), half a cube of butter, half a cup of powdered sugar, 2 yolks and a whole little egg, a glass of fresh thick cream

Pass the curd twice through a meat grinder, mix with the drained jams and rub the whole thing through a nylon sieve. Cream the butter fluff with powdered sugar, hammering the raw yolks and the whole egg while grinding. To the grated butter, add the raspberry-curd mass and the cream, then rub everything again, to obtain a perfectly smooth consistency. Put the mass into two double-folded linen napkins, wrap and load it with a board with a weight. Serve the dessert chilled and decorated.

It is a very attractive form of Passover, refreshing taste. A small portion of it comes out of the given ingredients, rather, only to maintain tradition on the festive table. If we are special lovers of the Passover, the proportions should be increased.
