Cake: 12 a dag of butter or margarine, 4 yolks, i§ dag sugar, 25 a dag of almonds, 5 a dag of flour, the peel of a quarter of a lemon, 4 proteins, 15 dag sugar powder, double vanilla sugar, wafers

cream: 2 spoons of butter, spoon of powdered sugar, half a teaspoon of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar

Prepare the dough. Grate the fat until white, adding one yolk and a teaspoon of sugar while grinding. Twist until fluffy. Add the lemon zest.
