Yoghurt and grapefruit cream

cream-500 g of yogurt • 3 spoons of sugar
2 spoons of coconut shrims
1 red grapefruit • 1 yellow grapefruit
1 "cream-fix" packaging
4 spoons of raisins
1 vanilla sugar packet;

Squeeze the juice out of the yellow grapefruit. Whip the yogurt with the sugar, vanilla sugar, grapefruit juice; at the end, add the cream-fix. Stir in coconut flakes and raisins. Put in bowls, decorate with red grapefruit pieces, put in the fridge for half an hour. Serve with biscuits.
