EASTER BREAKFAST

EASTER BREAKFAST – According to tradition, Easter breakfast, rather plentiful, it is the most important meal of the two days of the holiday. This cannot be questioned, it has already become part of our custom. So I would just like to persuade you to take some moderation and limit your spending in pre-Christmas shopping. How often I hear the opinion, that "there must be everything for Christmas” and the hustle and bustle of budget-defying shopping begins, which is painfully easy, feel at the end of the month. All for this, to overfeed family and guests for two days, and make the landlady tired. And yet Christmas is an occasion to rest, when the whole family should go for a walk together, play some outdoor games, and not just hanging out at a set table. So I am appealing for moderation and I promise you, it will be good for everyone's health, and at the same time it will allow you to reasonably plan your home budget.

Christmas without ham seems unthinkable to us, if we can have it without too much trouble. But let's remember, with even a very small portion, even a symbolic dozen or so decades, we can give yes, that there is enough for everyone (recipe for a side dish of ham). Apart from that, Christmas breakfast should be full of all sorts of extras, so salads, salads, sauces. They have a beneficial effect on the digestion of fairly solid foods, beautifully decorate the table, and they also have this advantage, that they can be kept on a plate and eaten innocently, because you know, the traditional breakfast takes quite a long time. It is also worth remembering about spring vegetables, which are already appearing at this time. Of course, that there won't be a lot of them, because of the price, for example, but even a few radishes and a few lettuce leaves will decorate the table.

Instead of a last-minute run for white cheese, because "how Christmas without cheesecake”, you can put the milk on the curdled milk a few days earlier, make cottage cheese at home and make Passover. It is a dish closely related to the Easter tradition, and effectively decorated, it will beautifully decorate our table. There is also no need to bake laborious and caloric cakes. They will be successfully replaced by Easter grandmothers and mazurkas, especially these, which we can prepare a few days in advance. At the last minute” let's just leave the baking of the yeast cake, without which real holidays cannot be dispensed with. Let us also devote some attention to the decoration of the Easter table, on which, I hope, there will also be oats or watercress sown in funny pots beforehand, colorful cutouts and artistic Easter eggs. Because Christmas should also please your eyesight, not only the palate. It should also be written about a rather embarrassing matter here, that is about Christmas drinking. An appeal for moderation is not enough here, moderation goes without saying. First of all, you have to remember, that Easter is a traditional family celebration, during which mores are born and cultivated. Children and teenagers sit at the festive tables, and the first glass of alcohol in their lives is, unfortunately, often drunk on this occasion.. Naturally, not every glass is a sign of a future addiction or loss of health, but in fact, for what purpose our child should try alcohol? Who enjoys a distorted child's face? Is vodka really an indispensable prop for the festive table? Isn't a bottle of wine enough to raise the festive mood?, mineral water and a jug of fruit juice? And if we absolutely have to treat our guests to vodka, let it be a small carafe standing discreetly on its side. We can postpone raising many toasts for anniversaries or birthdays, one traditional: "Merry Christmas” perfectly enough.
