Apple dessert

apple-dessert4 big, sweet apples
1 lemon • 4 spoons of raisins
1 a spoon of brandy • 500 g of yogurt
3 spoons of sugar
vanilla sugar
cream-fix pack;

Peel the apples, grate on a grater with large holes, sprinkle with lemon squeezed juice. Sprinkle the raisins with alcohol, after five minutes, add to the apples. Beat the yogurt with a whisk and sugar, vanilla sugar, add cream-fix at the end. Mix the apples with the yoghurt, put into glass cups, decorate with meringue.
