Potatoes stuffed with herbs

potato-stuffingIngredients:
16 large potatoes,
po 1 a bunch of chives, dill, parsley,estragonu,
1 onion,
100 g of natural yoghurt,
4 tablespoons of oil,
salt,
pepper

Boil the scrubbed potatoes. Divide the herbs in half. Put one part in salted boiling water on 1 min. Rinse, dry and blend. Chop the rest of the herbs and the onion. Glaze the onion in olive oil, add herbs, spices. Fill the potato halves with the stuffing. Pour over the yoghurt and herb mix.
