Pancakes with apples

Ingredients

Preparation

Pour the flour into a deep dish, salt, we pour milk and water, and finally, add the eggs. Mix all ingredients so that there are no lumps. Melt the baking cube in a small pot, then add to the dough, then mix thoroughly. Then fry the pancakes in a preheated pan.

Prepare the filling as follows: we peel apples, we take the stones out of them and then cut the fruit into small cubes. Pour ¼ cup of water into a deep pot and pour sugar, we add chopped apples, we roast the whole thing for a while. Add raisins and cinnamon to the apples. When the ingredients boil, mix the potato flour with the rest of the water and add to the apple mass, we mix everything up again.

Then put the stuffing on the pancakes, spreading the filling on the cake. Fold the pancakes into triangles. I recommend sprinkling the finished pancakes with powdered sugar.
