Salmon in Norwegian

3 salmon fillets (ok. 1 kg),
1,5 kg of lemons,
1,5 a jar of french mustard,
lime and cherry tomatoes to garnish,
a bunch of dill (possibly).

Preparation: Filety oczyść, rinse in cold water and pat dry. Use a sharp knife to cut off the skin, and cut the salmon diagonally into slices approx. 1 cm. Arrange them on a plate. Scald the lemons and squeeze the juice out of them. Pour it over the salmon. Add the mustard and dill (possibly). Mix everything up, cover the plate with aluminum foil and put on 24 at. into the fridge. Serve the slices of salmon with lemon wedges and topped with cherry tomatoes.
