Cheese cake

cheese cake20 dag of flour • 10 a dag of butter
3 tablespoons of ice water • salt • pinch of nutmeg.

Filling: • 25 day sera (Gouda, edamer, masdamer)
2 eggs • a cup of very thick yogurt
salt • nutmeg
pepper • a tablespoon of olive oil;

Pour the flour into a bowl, add chilled, butter, grated on a vegetable grater, salt, nutmeg. Mash with a fork, a gdy powstaną grudki wlać lodowatą wodę i szybko zagnieść elastyczne ciasto. Roll out thinly on a floured board. Paste the cake tin, forming a two-centimeter edge (the best is a round mold with not too high side walls). Whip the yogurt with the salt, oil, nutmeg, eggs and grated cheese. Place the cheese cubes on the toasted bottom (leave a few for decoration), pour the yoghurt mass and put the cake in the oven. Bake through 25 minutes at 170 °. Stick the stick in, if it's almost dry – the cake can be taken out. Serve warm. Serve with hot tea or beer, perfect for a small dinner for friends.
