Cheese casserole – almond

Peel the orange thoroughly (remove the white one, inner peel), cut the fruit into slices. Lubricate with a little fat and sprinkle two heat-resistant molds with breadcrumbs (in diameter 12 cm). Break apart the egg. Rub the fat with sugar and yolk until fluffy. Add the cottage cheese, milk and ground almonds, and then gently mix all ingredients with whipped egg white. Put the curd mass into molds, level the surface. Cover the casseroles with orange slices, sprinkle them with almond flakes. Put into the preheated oven, bake 20-25 minutes at 200 ° C. Before serving, decorate both portions with lemon balm leaves.
