Salad With Tuna And Rice

A nice salad for a party or every day - as a light lunch or diet dinner (because how much can you eat sandwiches!). Rice, tuna and vegetables provide essential vitamins and nutrients. Such a combination, it's the perfect wholesome meal, and the preparation time is less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Brown rice - 200 g (2 pouches)
  • Tuna in pieces in gravy - 2 cans
  • Red onion - 1 average
  • Pepper - 1 medium / high
  • Corn - 1 tin
  • Mayonnaise - 4-5 spoons
  • salt, pepper

Preparation:

  1. Boil the rice according to the recipe on the package.
  2. Dice the pepper and onion.
  3. Drain the tuna from the brine and carefully separate it into pieces.
  4. Put the rice in a bowl, tuna, onions, paprika, corn, add mayonnaise and mix gently (so that the tuna does not fall apart).
  5. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Tuna is rich in vitamin A and B vitamins, also contains niacin (vitamin PP), and also selenium, calcium, iodine, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, is a source of valuable protein.
