OMELETTE WITH SPINACH

frozen spinach,
salt,
clove of garlic,
2 eggs,
3 spoons of milk,

Preparation: Prepare frozen spinach according to the recipe on the package. Season with salt and crushed garlic. Beat the eggs with the milk, salt and pour into a well-heated Teflon pan. Fry over low heat, shaking frequently. When the dough on top is slightly curdled, slide the cake onto a plate, put it 2-3 spoons of spinach and fold the omelette in half. Serve with the tomato salad, olive oil and parsley.
