Greek salad

Greek saladIngredients:
50 g low-fat feta cheese,
tomato,
cucumber,
onion,
pepper,
olives,
a little olive oil or half a cup of plain yogurt,
a slice of crispbread.

Preparation: Dice the vegetables (striped, dice or feathers), mix with diced feta cheese. Sprinkle with olive oil (yogurt can be used instead of olive oil). Serve with bread.
